Answer Bill, The first thing you want to check is to make sure that the switch bracket on the dispenser is not broken. In a lot of cases what happens is the pins that hold the switch in will cause the lever to not make connection with the switch. If that checks ok then you will want to check to see if the dispenser motor has 120 vac getting to it when you push the lever. If there is power then the motor would need to be replaced. Read More...
