Answer Steve, To remove the icemaker from your unit you will need to remove the ice bin. On the lower part of the left wall there is a cover that needs to be removed. To remove the cover you will use a small flat blade screwdriver and put into the hole that is about 1/3 to half way back. Push the screwdriver either up or down to depress the release tab. Once it is depressed slide cover forward. Should slide easily if tab is depressed. Then you would disconnect the wire harness and there is a tab on the side of the icemaker that you would pull toward the icemaker and slide the icemaker forward. Read More...
