Darlene H. for Model Number msd2572vewo1 My ice dispenser, dispenses ice only sometimes and after I pull the ice bucket out move the ice put the bucket back then it turns only to dispense a few cubes then stops it is as if the motor is too weak to turn it. Could this be possible the refrigerator is only 3 months old.
Answer Hello Darlene. Check the size of the cubes and make sure they are correct and not sticking together. If they are good, you will need to check the temperature in the freezer and make sure it is correct. If so, make sure the parts inside the ice bucket are good and tight and nothing is broke.
