Marko for Model Number LAT9304AAE The deep transmission AP4373301 looks like it comes with the mounting stem repair kit AP4390013. Is that correct? I'm also going to replace the tub bearing AP4372971. The outer tub bolts with the rubber washers AP4318984 and lower brake bearing AP6005712. That should be all I need.
Answer Hello Marko, You are correct but the outer tub bolts W10175938 are normally not needed unless they are found to be damaged after dis-assembly. To avoid damage to these so they can be re-used simply turn the nuts on the outside of the outer tub and use vise grips on the inside so the rubber washers do not turn. Also, to ease re-assembly, install all of these screws before tightening any of them and install the two that are longer last, (before dis-assembly, note where the two longer screws are located).
