Tom N for Model Number MIM1554ZRS0 My ice machine was working just fine. Then I made a fatal mistake of wiping out with paper towel. Machine quit making ice. After trouble shooting I found that paper towel part head gotten into circulation pump preventing water to circulate. I took everything apart, cleaned out paper. Circulation resumed but the ice is a lot thinner. Can never fill bin because ice is too thin and some melts as other is produced. Question. I read were thin ice is related to low water supply. I cleaned everything, took apart accept water value. Do I need to pull out water valve and see if there is paper in it? The other thought is I may have damaged to pump motor when paper got are impeller. Could that be an issue? Any other things I should try?
