Crystal for Model Number inglis dryer My dryer won't start it's not the switch changed that a month ago love the video that helped me and it saved me money took the vent fuse off but don't know how to check and see if it's bad don't have a meter thing.
Answer Crystal, Just as a test you could connect the 2 leads from the thermal fuse together to see if the dryer will start. If it will then you will need to replace the thermal fuse but do not use the unit until the part is replaced as it is a safety device. If the thermal fuse does turn out to be bad then you will want to check to make sure that the vent is clear from the blower wheel all the way to the outside of your home. Read More...
