John for Model Number KUDR25SH The dishwasher suddenly stopped draining. There is no sound when the drain cycle starts. Do I need a new drain pump and/or assembly? I looked on your parts list and see additional letters after the model number I found... I do not know which of the additional options are my machine. I took my number from the manual because I did not find the model info on the machine (door, side, inside anywhere)
Answer John, With the unit not draining you will want to check to make sure that the motor is getting power to it when in the drain cycle.
