John, With the unit not draining you will want to check to make sure that the motor is getting power to it when in the drain cycle. If there is no power then the issue will be a faulty control board and if there is power then the issue will be the pump.

Andy, You will want to check for 120 vac getting to the drain pump. If there is power to it and it is not pumping then the issue will be a bad drain pump.

Hello James. There is a check valve inside the pump. You will need to remove the hose from the pump and blow through the hose from that direction. That is the way the water flows to the sink. Hope this helps.
