Michael I have a "Whirlpool gold quiet partner" under counter model. it washes fine but does not drain well at all. The pump runs on the drain cycle, but the water remains. I can hear and see the water is being splashed. there is a ring-type washer under the spinner head that is cracked. On the diagram, it is part #16. Would that cause the issue? It did this a few weeks back, then started working ok and now has quit draining again.
