Sheila for Model Number kssc42qvs00 I have a built in Kitchenaid refrigerator. I have to press really hard on the dispenser pad to get water. It has gotten more difficult in the past year. Do you think this problem is because of the dispenser pad? I would like to buy the pad and change it. But first I wanna make sure that I will be able to do it myself.
