Jeff for Model Number KSSC42QTS00 I just purchased Part Number AP4264800 but I can't seem to figure out how to replace them because I cannot get the old ones out. Do you have an idea of how I can remove the old ones and put in the new ones? I see four screws holding in the dispensing area but can't seem to get it out. Any thoughts would be great. Answer Hello Jeff, Using a flashlight you should be able to look up in the dispenser area and see the three screws that must be removed before the dispenser assembly can be removed.
