Stan Greetings, I placed an order for this back in April. It never shipped and when I checked I was told it was delayed by the manufacturer. This happened several times till the end of June and I decided to cancel the order. What exactly is the issue here? Why would Whirlpool keep delaying the process. If I order directly from them would it make a difference?
Answer Hello Stan! I do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the part is still currently out of stock with our company. It seems to be on a manufacturer back order. We at the mercy of the manufacturer at this time and are waiting for stock from the manufacturer to come in. We do not have any information regarding Whirlpools stock of the item and can not verify if they would have to same issue.
