Stan July 04, 2012 Greetings, I placed an order for this back in April. It never shipped and when I checked I was told it was delayed by the manufacturer. This happened several times till the end of June and I decided to cancel the order. What exactly is the issue here? Why would Whirlpool keep delaying the process. If I order directly from them would it make a difference?
