Kim K. for Model Number MDB7749AWQ1 Hi - I've had this dishwasher for about 4 years, and just the other day, I went to change the options (wanted to do a hi-temp wash) and the light for that option wouldn't light up. I can use the dishwasher on the settings it had (which is Normal cycle and heated dry) but the rest of the cycle buttons and the rest of the options buttons won't light up when pushed. Does this mean the control panel needs to be replaced? Or is it something that I can fix by cleaning off the terminals or something? If it needs to be replaced, is it just a matter of taking the inside panel of the door off, unplugging the old control panel and plugging the new one in? Or is there something else going on here? I would surely appreciate any advice you can offer! I suspect that the other buttons are not long for this world if most of the rest of them have gone the trip... Thanks very much! Kim K.
