Hello Rich. You will need to test the thermal fuse W10258275 and see if it is bad. If so, it will cause the problem you are having. Make sure you replace the wiring sent with the fuse, when you replace the fuse, or this will happen again. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
