Jt for Model Number KESC307HBT8 Having intermittent problems with oven/broiler. Was not working: unplugged for 30 minutes: still did not work. Left in alone for a week. Turned on today and the oven works but the display is in Celsius . Always was Fahrenheit before. Using instructions for switching from Celsius to Fahrenheit does not work. Also noticed wrinkles in the display. Overheated display?
Answer Jt, Based on the description it sounds like the issue with the unit would be in the control panel. With the control panel being wrinkled the connection in the panel may be damaged and causing the issue with the keypad not working. Read More...
