Ron for Model Number HE5tSteam Just replaced the pump and Sud and F35 still is present. Could the drain hose be plugged! We use the packets of detergent. Help!
Answer Hello Ron. If the unit is not draining, then check for clogs in the hose. If none is found, then look for bad wiring coming to the pump. If the wiring is good, the control board is bad on the unit. You can test for power to the drain pump. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
