Josh for Model Number WFW9200SQA12 I need to replace the drain pump.. I've ordered and received from you guys.. watching the video I saw that the repair man unplugged the machine, and also turned off the water.. Doing this job myself I can not reach the shutoff's behind the units. My washer and dryer are stacked and I'm not physically able to move them on my own. My question is do you really need to turn the water off? If the machine is unplugged it cant and wont draw water right? I have drained all the water out of the tub and drain by taking the drain plug out of the existing pump.. so if I don't have to shut the water off I'm ready to make the swap. THX
Answer Hello Josh. As long as you do not do anything to damage the valve or the hoses, then you should be fine not turning it off. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, May 4, 2017
