Daisy Our whirlpool diet steam front load washer display a f21 message. We clean the pump filter it did not work. We do think we need to replace the pump. However when we were running the washer to test after cleaning the filter, the wash cycle stopped and the door stayed locked. How do I unlock the door. We unplug the washer and let it rest and plug it again. We have used this method before and now it is not working. I cannot order the pump part because I do not know the model number because I cannot open the door. Pressing the button to unlock does not work either.
