Lou for Model Number MBB2256GES Problem with center crisper rail. Front tab keeps snapping off. Unit purchased in 2003. No problems with center crisper rail until 6 months ago when front tab on rail snapped off. Replacement part failed in exactly the same manner after approx 4 months. A second replacement part failed in exactly the same manner within 6 weeks. Loading pattern on our part has not changed. Could not find any mechanical reason for failure. Looking for insight into solution other than replacing part every 2 months. Thank you
Answer Lou, Are you sure the metal support rail is inserted into the channel on the underside of the crisper frame WP12227303WD. Also check the frame for any "hair line" cracks in the frame, and make sure the frame is setting on all the supports, especially the the back. Thanks and Good Luck Read More...
