J Kuritzky for Model Number Kenmore 110.61252010 Hi. I've now had to replace the right-hand roller four times over the last four months. They keep wearing out. Any idea what could be causing them to wear out so quickly. I noticed that the dryer is not perfectly level—could that be causing a problem? Thanks.
Answer Joshua, Yes the dryer needs to be level in both directions(slightly higher in the front 1/4 inch is OK). You also need to check the roller shafts WPW10359269 and WPW10359270 and spacers etc. to make sure they are clean, not damaged and lightly lubed with turbine oil. Also make sure they are straight and level, if they are at an angle down or up, they will cause excess wear on the rollers. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, June 20, 2014
