Rob for Model Number Whirlpool LGQ8857HQ1 Dryer seems to work ok when empty (after I took it apart twice to check on squealing noises), but when full load is added it may stop working. I noticed that one of the rear drum rollers (right side), can move forward and back, unlike on the left side, which is pretty much fixed in place. Both spin ok and don't look worn. Is the forward and back normal or could this be my problem? Maybe clip is not on properly?
Answer Hello Rob. No, if the rollers turn freely and the drum will turn empty, then the motor is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, May 31, 2013
