John for Model Number GWD332W This water cooler with a refrigerated compartment at the bottom, has a Kenmore badge on it, but I think is made by Greenway Home Products. The compressor is not running and at least the PTC relay is bad -I tested it. It is written on it " 8EA403. Someone cross ref'd pn 2262185, which I purchased from you, along with an Ovld. protector # DA34-10003S. After replacing these parts, the compressor still doesn't run. I am able to make it run with a refrigerator service cord; the unit gets cold and the compressor gets very hot. I am wondering if I have the right parts and if there is something else keeping the compressor from starting. Thank you for any kind of help you can give on that.
Answer John, With a new start relay the compressor is not running then you will want to check to makes sure that there is power getting to the compressor.
