Brian for Model Number et1mtkxxq00 Refrigerator and freezer not cooling, light works but can't hear fans or or anything running. Thermostat doesn't seem to click or cause the the compressor to run no matter where you turn the setting to.
Answer Hello Brian, Under the control panel where the thermostat is there should be a hole. Inside hole is a gear that you can turn. Using a flat blade screwdriver turn the dial and if unit comes on then you need to replace the defrost timer W10822278. If the unit still does not turn on then you need to check to see if you are getting power to the thermostat. If you are getting power to thermostat but unit is not coming on then you need new thermostat. There should be 120vac to the thermostat WP2204605. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
