Robert S for Model Number MDB6701AWW The rinse aid dispenser seems to not be dispensing the agent. It is always full. How do I test it to see if it is getting the correct signal to dispense. Replacing it may not resolve it if it is not getting told to dispense. I do not have a tech guide for this, but I work with electronics and can use a meter very well. Is it possible to test it before replacing it?
Answer Robert, You would need to test the wax motor during the final rinse to make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the wax motor. If there is then the issue will be the dispenser which will need to be replaced. If there is no power then the issue would be the control board. Read More...
