Daren, Measure resistance from J6 Pin 3 Tan (Dispenser) to ST4 Black (Common) .....and you're looking for a reading of 2K ohms of resistance. No power is needed when your checking the terminals for resistance. This is measured at the board for the wax motor or you can go directly to the part if you choose.

Fred Martin for Model Number JDB6510AWP

I replaced the dispenser assembly on my JennAir dishwasher using your video. Everything seems to have gone well except that there is now a small leak between the larger top door and the smaller bottom door. I'm wondering if I may have disturbed the lower door seal or if I may not have installed the dispenser assembly as tightly as it should have been. I'd appreciate any thoughts or ideas on how to narrow down the cause of the issue. Thanks.

Fred, I would take the door cover off and tighten the 6 screws that hold the dispenser onto the inner door. There should have been a new gasket that came with the new part.

Hello Jennifer, I'm sorry but individual parts are not available for the detergent/rinse aid dispenser, so the part WP99003317 will have to be replaced as an assembly.

Robert, You would need to test the wax motor during the final rinse to make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the wax motor. If there is then the issue will be the dispenser which will need to be replaced. If there is no power then the issue would be the control board.

Hello Jerry. It sounds like the unit is not filling properly. Check for a stuck float and if it is good, replace the water valve. If the water level is good, then check and see if the shaft is stripped out on the motor and if so, replace the seal kit WP6-919539.

Jackie, We would need to have to model number to determine the part that you are going to require but if the dispenser is not latching then you would want to replace the dispenser assembly.
