Robb, we will need your appliance model number to verify the parts used on your product. To clean the dishwasher initiate the rinse cycle (with an empty dishwasher). During the fill, open the door and add 1/2cup white vinegar to the water. Allow the cycle to complete without any detergent added. Once the cycle is complete run a normal cycle with detergent. This should remove lime build up and clean the inside of the dishwasher. Hope this helps, thanks!
