Selma for Model Number mdb5601aws My soap dispenser is not opening fully to let the soap out into the tub. Now when we wash and the machine has finished and you open the door and the dispenser door opens all the way. What do we need to fix this? Thanks!
Answer Hello Selma, The dispenser door cannot open all the way because it hits the inside of the rack as per design. This is to calm sudsing during the initial water circulation and soap distribution. There is nothing wrong with this unless the soap is piled up under the dispenser door.
