Answer Rob, The rotor would most likely not be the cause for the unit not spinning with the unit agitating. You will want to check the RPS sensor and door lock on the unit to make sure that they are not faulty. If you pull the tech sheet from the control panel of the unit and put into diagnostics and make sure that there are no stored error codes.
