Troy for Model Number 11026132412 Sir, I have a fairly new Kenmore series 600 washer that is not working. I was able to locate the manual and conduct the diagnostic test. It revealed an F1-E2 fault (main control or motor section). I went to check the ohm value of motor and it was reading as per manual (8-10 ohms). Following the diagnostic steps to run the unit, (under diagnostic mode), it will only perform the 000 test, which is the lid switch test, and after that nothing else....can you recommend on what other steps I can perform before buying this expensive parts? Also... the circuit board seems to be working (green light blinking) Help, Troy
Answer Troy, This would be an error with the motor circuit inside the control board and if you get the proper resistance reading on the motor circuit from J1 Pin 1 to Pin3 and from Pin 3 to Pin 4 then the control board will be the issue.
