Answer

Steve, No replacing the door seal will not solve the leakage from the control/door panel area. You do want to check and make sure the water in the bottom of the tub does not exceed 140 dgrs. F. when it fills. You will need to remove the control panel and the outer door panel. Check the vent system for a proper mount to the door liner, a proper tight fit to the control panel and foam seal 6-919800 and 99002931 You'll also want to check the top level spray arm WP6-917644 for proper rotation, damage or distortion. It could be forcing the water into the vent and out the door panel. Good Luck and Thanks
