Jas for Model Number KUDP01ILBT0 Hello, the top rack dishes are not cleaning properly, I have checked the spray arm holes and they seem ok. It spins freely also. I am thinking that the seal might be bad? I poured water into the water input pipe ( for the upper spray arm ) and it seemed to leak from near the seal. Not sure if that is normal, When I opened it up the seal looks ok, how can I tell that the seal is bad. Thanks
Answer Hello Jas. Really the only way to tell is if it is broken. Most likely the seal is not the issue. It sounds like the water level is not high enough or the filters in the unit are dirty and need to be cleaned. If the water is low, you will need to replace the water valve WP8531669. Read More...
