Bill for Model Number KSSC42QVS02 Ice maker auger will dispense cubes, when the auger reverses for crushed ice it stops, you can hear the motor running. When I took it apart I noticed the cover plate where the drive shaft comes through the refrigerator # wp2188919 was broken. The driveshaft end that fits into the motor is slightly rounded but still seems like there are enough ridges to secure it. When you try for crushed ice, motor runs and you hear a thump thump thump noise. Almost sounds like the drive is popping out of the motor or the ice bucket assembly. thanks
