Shane for Model Number MFW9600SQ0 My washer has been having a vibration while on the spin cycle. It is worse with heavier loads such as blankets. I looked at the shocks and replaced the front two as they were leaking grease. The vibration has improved but is still there. Is there anything else I should check or replace before replacing the rear two?
Answer Shane, When replacing the shocks you should always replace all the shocks at the same time. Once you replace the rear shocks, also check to make sure that the unit is level, the rubber on the feet are not damaged, that the legs are locked into place and check to make sure that the unit is on a good solid floor.
