Martina for Model Number WTW4800XQ0 We ordered a cam-agitator for my Mom's Whirlpool the part number is WPL 285809. I am concerned that we have ordered the wrong part. Also, the old agitator cam is not coming out. If we ordered the wrong part, is there a different way to remove the old cam agitator. It looks as if it had clips that need prying. It's not just sliding out like in the video. Thank you for your help.
