John for Model Number AP3094543 This is the part number I need to install; however, after I removed the agitator, I cannot get the cam and retainer off the agitator---it simply will not "slide out" as you say in a previous answer or in your video. Ir appears to be stuck in there somehow. Any suggestions as to how to remove it? Thanks!
