Otis C for Model Number LSN1000LWO I bought the kit to replace but I can not get the top half of the agitator off the bottom half. Taking the screw off, both top & bottom comes out and I can't get them apart to replace the dogs. How do I take the top off the bottom agitator? Yours on the vidio just came right off,,, Thx Otis
Answer Otis, It should have come apart, just like the video. Your most likely issue is, the clothes mover WP3363003 has seaized to the Thrust washer, and that has seized to the agitator bottom WP3951632. This is a good sign of an overloading issue. You could try separating the two components, but you'll probably incure more damage, and may need a com[plete agitator 285565. Read More...
