Answer Christy, A metal pan slide isn't available, the plastic slides is better suited for the refrigerator environment than the metal (corrosion, debris and possible metal fatigue metal transfer). You may want to try making sure the slide is properly installed and secured to the shelf frame. Apply a thin coat of "Vaseline" or food grade grease to the slide or side edges of the crisper bin, to assist and ease the sliding motion of the drawer. Thanks, Read More...
