Answer

Candi, the model number provided does not use centering springs. If there is excessive vibration, the level of the washer will need to be checked and corrected as necessary. From there, the counterbalance ring in the basket W10349185 will need to be inspected to ensure that there is fluid in it (can be tested by spinning the basket by hand and then quickly stopping the rotation and there should be a sound of fluid sloshing). If this checks good, the next test would be placing a cup of water on the dryer (dryer can not touch the washer) and starting a spin cycle while the washer is empty. If the vibrations transfer to where the cup is vibrating, the floor may be the cause for the excessive vibration as there should be very little to no vibration transfer.
