Hello Dan, I doubt the issue is electrical since the door doesn't lock, but latches, (a mechanical action). If the tech had to bend and twist the door, the issue is most likely a misalignment due to the door hinges, right hinge W11612303 left hinge W11612302, being malformed or the unit is not secure or in a bind under the countertop/cabinets. Since the door strike will affect the operation of both door switches, this will affect unit operation. It can even cause the door to try to "spring" open since the door panel isn't striking squarely on the door seal area. Since the latch strike has been manipulated, it may need to be replaced also.
