Paul Thank you for your response. In follow up, I'm wondering if I'm ordering the right part. The shelf above the crispers have nothing holding them up in the front. There are holders on the refrigerator walls with a groove for something to go into, to hold up the shelf. Whatever holds it up is missing. Is that the support bar or something else? FYI, inside of fridge is Approximately 26" The support bar I ordered will not even fit across the front of the fridge. Also, I wanted to mention that the other 3 parts I ordered from you guys worked perfectly. Thanks for your help! -Paul
Answer Hello Paul! Can you double check your model number please? The model that we are researching is ET19DKXDW00. The front support is approx 28 1/2".
