Paul for Model Number LSQ7030LQ0 Hi, I recently replaced the rear suspension spring as it was broken, afterwards the basket appeared to be sitting leaning back toward the rear of the washer. I then replaced the front springs and brackets. The basket still leans back. The machine is out of balance on spin cycle and now the agitator appears to not be working. Is this more than one problem? I don't hear any metal grinding during the wash cycle..
Answer Paul, For the agitator not working then this would likely be the agitator dogs that are bad. For the tub leaning, make sure that the spring is attached in the correct place and then you will want check the balance ring to make sure that it still has the solution in it.
