Eli for Model Number 11024422300 Even if ran empty my washer goes totally off balance during the spin cycle, the tub shakes violently, but it doesn't walk anywhere. Just a lot of really loud noise. I can feel it shaking in there pretty hard. I replaced all four springs with replacements from you guys but it didn't help at all. What's the problem here? I don't see how worn suspension pads can create the actual shaking, but can they?
Answer Hello Eli. Based on the information, you will need to check and see if the suspension spring WPW10250667 is broke and will need to be replaced.
