Jeff P. No question, I just wanted to say I tried to get my Whirlpool Cabrio repaired at a couple local shops and no one would look at it. They said it was a disposable item and to buy a new washer. I looked on your site and read other peoples problems and you told them it was the suspension part ap4340124. I ordered the parts and it took me less than a half hour to install the parts.
