Angie Well, I got the kit, but I don't know where to put them. The included instructions just says to first unplug hoses and from power socket, but then it skips right to putting them on. It doesn't show you how to get to the place where you replace them. Please help, and my Washer is a Whirlpool Cabrio WTW6600SG2.
Answer Hi Angie. The suspension rods insert like this: Locate the blue "cup" support on each rod. This support along with the spring assembly has to be inserted in the lower sides of the tub. The upper hooks on the rod will catch onto the top inner corners of the cabinet frame. You will need to release the clips on the top of the front panel with a putty knife. They are located under the top area just where the top meets the front. About 3-4" from the corners inward. they will allow you to lift the top up for replacement of the suspension rods.
