Ella I see options for replacing just the plastic part on top and not the entire assembly. How do I know if the springs are bad? Just trying to save some money.
Answer Hello Ella, There is no positive way to determine if a spring is weak short of checking the centering of the agitator after an empty spin with the unit properly bubble leveled.
