Kaycee for Model Number s 82984120 Drum is off balance from improper loading of clothes, and can be manually centered for a cycle. It will start out ok, but at the near-end fill and cycle spin, it will leak out water (from the back bottom of machine) that is filling the drum because the drum is now too far forward to catch all the water and part of the fill water goes outside the drum. Mostly restricted to heavier loads. I suspect it just needs new suspension rods? It is an old machine, but I’d like to keep it going. My teenage son was improperly loading clothes and would cause imbalanced spin cycles and ever since it has this problem sometimes upon filling. Is this a suspension rod issue or something else?
