Answer Hello Jean. If the elements are good in the unit, then it sounds like the oven sensor WP9782081 may be bad and need to be replaced in the unit. It should read 1100 ohms at room temperature and 1650 ohms at 350°. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
