Randy for Model Number WFW8250ww00 I replaced the water level pressure switch after being diagnosed by a repair tech as being bad. It still does not work correctly. Water kicks on and off all through was cycle. During 2 hr whites cycle it fills to the point it shuts off and displays FL code. Any ideas? Thanks
Answer Randy, The model number you supplied is incorrect or incomplete, however, the LF or FL error codes indicates a "Long Fill" or No Fill problem. Since you replaced the water level switch, check to make sure the connections are tight and proper. Disconnect the air tube from the switch and blow in the end of the tube, hard, This should clear any sediment or debris that make have deposited in the tube. Also disconnect the fill hoses from the faucets and the washer, check the debris screens in the valve inlet and remove any sediment from the screens, check and clear any debris from the screened washers in the fill hose ends, and flush the faucets, That way you have plenty of water supplied to the washer fill valve, and the air in the tube to the pressure switch can move freely up and down the tube.
