Hello Mike, If the unit is heating but not to the proper temperature it indicates that the bake element is only getting 120Vac instead of 240Vac as it should. If both sides of the breaker "make" properly, (flip the breaker off then back on to be sure), this can be caused by the temperature limiter WP4449751 or the control board W10550509.
