Mike for Model Number WOD51EC0AS00 The lower oven works fine. The upper oven is not heating to temperature. The oven sensor is good. If the thermo-fuse was the problem, it wouldn't heat at all, would it? Could it possibly be the thermostat?
Answer Hello Mike, If the unit is heating but not to the proper temperature it indicates that the bake element is only getting 120Vac instead of 240Vac as it should. If both sides of the breaker "make" properly, (flip the breaker off then back on to be sure), this can be caused by the temperature limiter WP4449751 or the control board W10550509. Read More...
